孩子们的一日三餐都在学校,那每天在学校都吃些什么呢?学校的餐厅食材是否足够新鲜健康?是否建立了长效健全的食品安全保障机制?

明厨亮灶,卫生清晰

Bright kitchen, clean and clear


窗明几净的餐厅,一尘不染的餐桌,精细精致的管理,“家的味道和温馨!”一走进学校的餐厅,这样的感觉立即随境而生。

The restaurant with clear windows, spotless dining table, fine and delicate management, "the taste and warmth of home!" as soon as you enter the school restaurant, such a feeling immediately follows the environment.

严格把控,精益求精

每日清晨,运输菜品专车准时到达学校。学校餐厅的工作人员便按照收货单称重检验,不仅要核对数量,更会一一开袋核验食材品质,菜品检验合格之后,才能放置食堂菜架。

Every morning, the special train for transporting dishes arrives at the school on time. The staff of the school canteen will weigh and inspect according to the receipt. They will not only check the quantity, but also open bags one by one to check the quality of food materials. Only after the food is qualified, can they place the canteen rack.

操作规范,流程清晰

厨房内光是蔬菜清洗就分为了两个独立的清洗池,另设荤菜池和水产池。同时,刀、菜板等各类工具器皿在使用之后都会清洗消毒。

In the kitchen, vegetable cleaning is divided into two independent cleaning pools, with meat and vegetable pools and aquatic pools. At the same time, all kinds of tools and utensils such as knives and vegetable plates will be cleaned and disinfected after use.



餐具实行“清渣、清洗、冲洗、漂洗”的操作程序,杜绝餐具不消毒使用,确保安全卫生落实到每一个细节。

Implement the operation procedures of "slag cleaning, washing, rinsing" for tableware, prevent the use of tableware without disinfection, and ensure the implementation of safety and health to every detail.



除此之外,每一个进入餐厅工作的的人员都必须持有健康证明,每日上岗前都有身体晨检,如有感冒、外伤等健康状况均不得上岗。

In addition, everyone who enters the restaurant must have a health certificate and have a physical examination before going to work every day. If there is a cold, injury and other health conditions, they are not allowed to work.



饭菜出锅之后,专门负责留样的工作人员会及时把食物放置留样专用冰箱进行保存。

对于正处于成长时期的孩子们而言,饮食是至关重要的,双语部餐厅工作人员会与班主任老师确认学生是否有过敏食材从而制定营养食谱,做到科学搭配,确保五天不重样,帮助孩子们平衡膳食,同时学校也非常注重食材的品质,会根据时节的变化,精心挑选新鲜绿色蔬果,为孩子们的茁壮成长提供坚实的基础。

The staff of the restaurant will confirm with the teacher in charge of the class whether the students have allergic ingredients to make nutritional recipes, make scientific collocation, ensure no heavy samples in five days, help the children to balance their meals. At the same time, the school also attaches great importance to the quality of ingredients, and will carefully select fresh green vegetables according to the changes of the season. As a result, it provides a solid foundation for children's growth.



学校实行的是三餐两点制,每日早、中、晚三次正餐,另有上午和下午两次点心,点心采用牛奶(夏天常温,冬天则加热)、温性水果、蛋糕、饼干等各类营养食品。一周5天不重样,在安全健康的基础之上,竭力追求美味与营养。

早餐,一天最初的期待。为了让跑完操的同学们收获满满的能量和动力,大厨们早早的开始准备各类早点。卡通包、馄饨、蒸饺、雪菜肉丝面、牛奶、鸡蛋……力争品类丰富,选择多样,美味健康!

Breakfast, the first expectation of the day. In order to let the students who have finished the exercise gain full energy and motivation,Chefs start preparing all kinds of breakfast early. Cartoon bag, wonton, steamed dumplings, noodles with shredded pork and vegetables, milk, eggs……Strive for a variety of categories, choices, delicious health!



每到用餐时分,井然有序地排队、安静地就餐、干净的餐盘、后勤师傅的热情服务、老师的有序安排,都成为了融合部独有的风景线。

在学校有一个小细节叫帮他人扶一下门帘~

饭前,高年级的同学会抢先一步到餐厅掀开门帘,等待低年级同学进入,或者提前到达餐厅三楼维持秩序。

Before the meal,the senior students will go to the restaurant to open the curtain, wait for the junior students to enter, or arrive at the third floor of the restaurant in advance to maintain order.



吃饭前主动洗手,关紧水龙头,节约用水,我们儒林学子从生活的点点滴滴做起。

Before the meal,we should wash our hands actively, turn off the tap, and save water. We scholars start from every bit of life.



“一粥一饭当思来之不易,半丝半缕恒念物力维艰”,就餐时间高年级的同学化身“监督员”时刻提醒着低年级的小朋友吃饭的时候能吃多少打多少,节约粮食,从我做起。

"It's hard to think about one porridge and one meal, but it's hard to keep thinking about things." the senior students incarnate as "supervisor" to remind the junior children how many dozen they can eat and how much they can save food from me.



餐厅工作人员和生活老师会先给学生们盛好汤,防止学生盛汤烫伤自己。在学生吃饭的过程中,工作人员也会不停地巡视,看看学生哪样菜吃得比较多,通常不爱吃什么菜,细心地记在心中,为下周食谱的制作打下夯实的基础。

同样是正餐,却每天变换着不同的菜式。昨天的主菜是同学们喜欢的鸡翅,今天有色香味俱全的素鸡烧牛肉,明天则变换成营养搭配的新菜品,而这些早已在后厨团队的计划与准备当中。

学生冬季面对冷牛奶,会导致胃口差,肠胃不适。所以融合部在冬季会进行“牛奶加热活动”确保送到每个学生的手中都是温热的牛奶,满足在课间饮用热奶的需求。同时课间的水果也会采用温性水果,让学生在享用的同时不会轻易着凉上火。

Students face cold milk in winter, will lead to poor appetite, gastrointestinal discomfort. Therefore, the fusion department will carry out "milk heating activity" in winter to ensure that the milk delivered to each student is warm, to meet the demand of drinking hot milk during the break. At the same time, the fruits between classes will also be warm fruits, so that students will not easily catch cold and catch fever while enjoying them.



水果应在两餐之间食用,所以我们的水果和酸奶会在每天的上午第二节大课间、下午第二节课后发放,让孩子们在学习之余不间断地进行维生素的摄取。

Fruits should be eaten between meals, so our fruits and yoghurt will be distributed in the second class in the morning and after the second class in the afternoon every day, so that children can continuously take vitamins after studying.

我们每日的三餐都非常丰富,而且荤素搭配非常健康,每天也有酸奶可以喝。大课间都会有水果和点心可以吃,让我们有健康的身体和充足的体力去学习。
